Even if there is snow accumulation in the vicinity of our inn, there is often no snow in the area of the route between Shibukawa-Ikaho IC and Nakanojo Town.
Parking for guests to Hatago is available in the vicinity of Nakanojo Station.
A free shuttle bus to Hatago departs from the station at 14:20, providing reliable transportation to Hatago.
If you would like to use the parking available near Nakanojo Station, please let us know no later than the day before your stay. We will provide specific information about the location of the parking area.

(1) From Kan-Etsu Expressway Shibukawa-Ikaho IC, take National Route 17 (Mikuni Kaido) toward Numata City. Turn left at Fukiya Intersection and proceed on National Route 353 (Nagano Kaido) toward Kusatsu.
(2) Turn right at Matsumibashi Intersection, which becomes National Route 145 at Isemachi-shimo Intersection. Turn right at Isemachi-kami Intersection onto National Route 353. Proceed toward Nakanojo Station. Park your vehicle at the parking area near Nakanojo Station. *Please contact us for details on the specific location.
The free shuttle bus will pick you up at 14:20.
For guests with vehicles that have snow tires or tire chains
You should be able to arrive at Hatago with little problem during the winter months. The safest route is Shibukawa-Ikaho IC → National Route 353 → National Route 145.

(1) From Kan-Etsu Expressway Shibukawa-Ikaho IC, take National Route 17 (Mikuni Kaido) toward Numata City. Turn left at Fukiya Intersection and proceed on National Route 353 (Nagano Kaido) toward Kusatsu.
(2) Turn right at Matsumibashi Intersection, which becomes National Route 145 at Isemachi-shimo Intersection. Turn left at Isemachi-kami Intersection and proceed on National Route 145. Turn right at Nagaoka Intersection and continue along National Route 145.
(3) Turn left at Gobara Intersection onto Prefectural Route 237. Turn right at Atsuda Intersection onto Prefectural Route 58. Turn right at Odo Intersection onto National Route 406. Go straight for about 15 minutes, and you will see a sign for our inn on the left-hand side of the road. Turn left before that sign, and proceed about 500 meters to arrive at Hatago.
While rare, there are some occasions during the winter season when there is heavy snowfall in the area of our inn. Depending on the type of vehicle and the tires it has on it, National Route 406 near Hatago may be impassible due to the snow.
In that event, we will provide you with information on a temporary parking lot in the vicinity. You can park your vehicle there, and we will pick you up and bring you to our inn.
